Inspection & QC
We don't just count boxes or take photos. 29plus inspects your goods directly on the factory floor. As your independent verification on the buyer's side, we check material consistency, production condition, and dimensional accuracy down to a 0.1mm tolerance. Sample sizes follow the international AQL standard (ISO 2859-1, General Level II by default), or your own sampling plan if you have one.

Every inspection report includes measurement data, the defects found, photos and video from that day, and our view on what to do next. When something is wrong, we also suggest how to fix it, worked out together with the factory.

- Conditional: Minor deviations found. We lay them out for you, and shipment goes ahead once you confirm.
- Fail: Critical defects found. We recommend holding shipment until the factory fixes them, and we work out the correction with the factory. Re-inspection is available.
On-site inspection is completed within one working day, and the report is delivered within 24 hours of the visit. Pre-shipment Inspection is $380 per visit, or $199 per visit for Production Liaison clients. For factories outside our standard area, travel fees are quoted in advance.
