Factory Audit
Before First OrderWhen You Need It
Before you place your first order with a new supplier. We screen out trading companies posing as factories, and check whether the factory really has the capacity you need and actually makes what it sells.
What's Included
- On-site facility assessment: machinery condition, equipment capacity, and workforce size.
- Verification of business registration, licenses, and international certificates.
- Real production capacity measured against your target order volume.
- Video evidence filmed on the day, tied to each checklist item.
- A "Red Flag" summary report after the visit.
- Buyer verification for overseas companies selling into China: business registration, physical office check, and proof the business is real and operating.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Before Final PaymentWhen You Need It
Before you release the final balance. This is the last checkpoint to make sure off-spec or defective goods never leave the factory.
What's Included
- On-site measurement against your specs, to a 0.1mm tolerance.
- Photos, video, and measurement data from that day.
- A clear Pass / Conditional / Fail verdict with recommended next steps.
- Report delivered within 24 hours of the visit.
- Direct, unfiltered reporting, reviewed by the founder before it reaches you.
Production Liaison
During ProductionWhen You Need It
While your order is being made. We catch quiet spec changes, slipping material quality, and unannounced shipment delays early. Instead of just waiting for a shipping date, you see the factory floor while your product is being made.
What's Included
- Regular factory visits and progress reports on an agreed schedule.
- Photos and video from the factory floor.
- Direct technical communication with the factory in Chinese, so your instructions arrive exactly as you gave them.
- Prompt alerts when something goes wrong, and on-site problem solving together with the factory.
- One free Factory Audit of the facility with your first engagement, recording its condition when management begins.
Sourcing Support
No Factory YetWhen You Need It
When you don't yet have a verified factory in China. We find a manufacturer that fits your product, with no middleman markup.
What's Included
- Finding and vetting reliable factories across hardware, consumer goods, and industrial categories.
- A shortlist of 3 to 5 candidate factories with operational notes.
- On-site visits to the top candidates (Verified and Full plans).
- Direct introduction and first-contact support with the factory.
