The rates below are our standard engagement structure. Volume, scope, and product type often call for a different arrangement, so we prefer to hear the situation first and propose what actually fits.

Inspection & Audit (Entry Services)
Factory Audit
On-site facility assessment overseen by our founder and carried out against our standard checklist. Quality systems, equipment and compliance review, delivered as a graded audit report.
Every finding comes with video evidence we filmed ourselves on the day, tied to the specific checklist item it supports. Not the factory's own promotional material, and not stock photography. You see what we saw, not only what we concluded.

Shortlist

- From the Shortlist tier, a factory comparison sheet (Capacity, MOQ, pricing, lead time) is included to support buyer decision-making.
- Sample costs vary by product type and quantity; estimated costs are provided before order placement.
- What happens after a factory is confirmed: finding the right factory is one moment in time. Most buyers continue with Production Liaison so the relationship stays managed on the ground. See section 03 below.

Production Liaison (Ongoing Management)

1 factory visit per month. Production progress check. Monthly report.

2 factory visits per month, with early detection of quality issues and a bi-weekly report.
Between visits you have an ongoing channel: we speak to the factory in Chinese on your behalf, handle samples, track the schedule, and step in when something needs resolving. This is the tier most buyers settle into.

💼 Service Area & Terms
- Standard coverage: Jiangmen, Foshan, Zhongshan and nearby areas.
- Anywhere else in China: travel fee quoted in advance.
- First engagement: new Production Liaison clients receive one Factory Audit of that facility at no charge ($550 value), carried out as the engagement begins. It establishes a documented baseline of the factory's condition at the point management starts.
- One factory per plan. Managing two or more means separate visits and separate communication for each, so additional factories are quoted individually based on location and visit frequency.

Intensive Management (Short-Term)
Intensive
Weekly factory visits with hands-on production management, a weekly report and priority response. Reserved for periods that cannot afford to go wrong: first mass production of a new product, a delivery deadline at risk, or a quality incident that needs resolving on site.
Usually run for 1 to 3 months. If you need weekly oversight for longer, or across several factories, we'll put together an arrangement that fits.
